「兵郷」、This is Hyougou(Here is Sakaide Kagawa)
This is Hyougou Udon.
It's near my office, around, , , 5min. by my car.
When I don't have enough spending time for lunch, I sometime go here.
If you visit first time here, it's a little bit difficult for finding it.
Hyougou is on small alley.
? ? ? ? Golden Week(Japan special national holiday : 27th.Apr. to 7th.May) will be closed, , ,
This is also one of famous Udon restaurant in Sakaide City, so many guests are coming here everyday.
Off course G.W. , so many guests will be coming more than weekday,
but it's closed.
Why does it close you know ?
Because, because, because they want to rest and also spending time holiday as same as normal people.
It's very important for them more than turnover.
That's also Sanuki Udon restaurant.
But it's a restaurant ! Yes, but this situation is always happning here in Kagawa,
so you have to care about holiday and Sunday if you'd like to visit Sanuki Udon restaurant.
Do you know Naga Ten ?
Naga Ten is one of fish cake.
I like Naga Ten very much, but this is different between with normal one.
This is Ebi Ten in Sanuki Kagawa.

No no no, it's a Ebi Tempura.
This is Ebi Ten.
Only here in Kagawa, especially elder Kagawa people say "Ebi Ten".
What's Ebi Ten ?
In case of fish cake Naga Ten, almost ingredients are white fish,
this Ebi Ten is included Ebi shrimp, so name is "Ebi".
Ah, , , so color is orange ? No color is coloring(笑).
Actually I don't like Ebi Ten very much.
I like normal Naga Ten.
Why ?
It's OK now, but when I was young I was feeded Ebi Ten constantly which has alittle bit bitter taste.
Almost children don't like bitter taste, but now, it's almost, so so, OK.
Ebi Ten is specialty local food in Kagawa & Ehime area.
Anyway I introduce you "Ebi Ten" not "Ebi Tempura".
I spended time for having this Udon only 3min.
Oh, oh, oh, I have to go back to my office.
