Cooking Recipe -3(Natsu Kitsune)

Natsu Kitsune(Bukkake)


We can arrange many kinds of Bukkake Udon.
This is one of Bukkake Udon menu for summer season.

It's a very simple cooking, only topping(ingredients) is original.

1, Kitsune(Abura-Age)
    You can make seasoned Kitsune.
    How to cook ?
    Bring Abura-Age to boiling with seasoning by low flame temperature.
    Seasoning : If you have "Kake Udon soup", add sugar, mirin, sake, soysauce.
                       when you check the taste you can feel "Sweet", it's OK.
                       If you don't have Udon soup, you can use Dashi soup stock insted of Udon soup.
                       ※Around 20-30min boiling

2, Cut the Kitsune
     Do you know "Ika Soumen" sashimi ?
     Same like this, you can cut it.
     What's ?      After that pls. see photo.

3, Kinshi Tamago
     It's a sliced omelet.

4, Beni Shoua(pickled red ginger)

5, Vegetables
     This time, I choosed Perilla and White radish sprouts.
     ※Perilla : cut to a small piece
     This is my coice, you can arrange it freely.
     Wakame and Ten-Kasu are good combination with Bukkake.


6, Condiments
    Sliced Nori(Kizami Nori), Ginger, Leek, Grinded Sesame, Remon, etc.
